Scheduling & Weather
- All work is weather dependent
- Florida heat, rain, and humidity may affect scheduling and curing times
Site Access
Customer is responsible for:
- Removing vehicles and obstacles
- Providing safe and clear access
Delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Surface Conditions
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Asphalt deterioration, oil saturation, or structural failure
- Peeling or premature wear caused by underlying surface issues
